The 17th Edition of the Bangladesh Denim Expo is scheduled to take place on November 4th and 5th, 2024, at Hall-4, International Convention City, Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This two-day event will feature panel discussions, trend seminars, Trend Zone, and Exhibitions.
“The Blue New World” is the theme of the 17th edition. “The Blue New World” lies a new start, embodying eco-friendly practices, responsible fashion, new innovations, and trustworthy sourcing destinations. It stands as a powerful symbol of a fresh beginning in the industry—one that embraces eco-friendly practices, responsible fashion, and continuous innovation. This theme underscores the importance of trustworthy sourcing destinations like Bangladesh, where sustainability, quality, and ethical responsibility converge to create a brighter, more sustainable future for the global apparel industry.
Over 44 exhibitors from 7 countries, such as Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, China, Turkey, Spain, Italy, etc., are set to attend the event. Participant categories include Fabric Mills, Denim and Non-Denim, Garment Manufacturers, Washing Laundry, Accessories and trims, Chemicals, Machinery or Technology, and Logistics.
There will be four-panel discussions scheduled for the two-day event. Global experts will share their knowledge and perspectives on critical topics concerning the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry in Bangladesh. The topic of the panels is: Panel Discussion 1: Securing Bangladesh RMG Industry: How Do We Confront Challenges, resiliently?
